Jaymee Frole, MBA, is an Engagement Manager at Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA), specializing in leadership, team, and organizational development with a strong focus on process optimization. With a keen eye for identifying improvement opportunities within HR processes, Jaymee excels in helping clients drive internal transformation. She leverages her background in social work to combine a people-centric approach with a focus on change management and efficiency. Since joining CLA, Jaymee has contributed to a wide range of projects across the health sciences, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, CPG, and manufacturing industries. Jaymee earned her M.B.A. from Western Carolina University, where she received the 2021-2022 M.B.A. Outstanding Graduate Award and was selected as the Fall 2021 commencement speaker.
